a. Service-Based Projects (e.g., Software Development, Branding, Marketing Campaigns)
- You may cancel a project within 3 business days of signing the agreement or making the initial payment, provided that work has not yet commenced.
- If cancellation is requested after work has started, a proportional cancellation fee will be charged based on the work completed and resources allocated up to that point.
b. Monthly or Retainer-Based Services
- Subscriptions (e.g., monthly digital marketing or IT staff augmentation) may be canceled with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing cycle once work has begun.
3. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Cancellation within the allowed window (see Section 2)
- Inability to initiate or deliver a project due to unforeseen internal constraints
b. Non-Refundable Items
- Payments made for work already completed
- Setup fees, domain registrations, software licenses, and third-party subscriptions
- Customized services or deliverables that have already been initiated or delivered
4. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval of the refund request.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients must provide written documentation of the refund request, including payment proof and project details.
